My path began in the tech and hospitality fields, where I saw how high stress, emotional suppression, and performance pressure silently harm people. I was drawn to create spaces where healing could be gentle, culturally grounded, and embodied. My own life experiences also played a part
I support adults navigating trauma, ADHD, burnout, grief, and chronic stress. I also work with professionals, caregivers, and creatives who are tired of “coping” and ready to heal.
Relational, body-aware, and culturally attuned. I blend Somatic Therapy, EMDR, CBT- and IFS-informed care, with tools like Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP), the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and nutritional integration to support healing on all levels.
I understand the unspoken. Being Caribbean-rooted, with a background in systems and leadership, I bring empathy for both emotional depth and real-life demands. I hold space that is trauma-sensitive and spiritually aware, not just clinical.
Somatic work helps clients feel safer in their bodies and less overwhelmed by their emotions. It’s about building nervous system resilience, so healing doesn’t just make sense, it feels possible
By focusing on compassion, structure, and nervous system regulation, rather than shame or over-functioning. ADHD clients often feel misunderstood. I support their strengths while helping them navigate challenges with care.
Because mental health lives in the gut too. Blood sugar, digestion, and fatigue all shape mood, focus, and resilience. I help clients explore nutrition gently and with curiosity, not restriction.
Safe, seen, and never rushed. I want them to feel like their story matters, their culture is respected, and they can finally take a breath without apologising for needing one.
Nature, I am an avid gardener, stillness, movement, rest. I honour rhythm with my love of music, “I collect vinyl records “. I also receive support through therapy and my close circle of friends, with solitude, meditation and prayer as the base.
